Customers have 24 hours to cancel their order and obtain a refund.
Orders will be held for 72 hours before being shipping to allow cancellations to take place, if no cancellation message is received by email at firstname.lastname@example.org the order will be shipped.

Please provide 48 hours notice, should you need to cancel an appointment, either by phone on 0411 496 990 or by email to email@example.com. If notice is not provided an administration fee of $50 will be forfeited. Tranquility Crystals will consider emergency situations and circumstances.

Cancellation and refund policy for workshops or courses?
This applies to public workshops organised by Tranquility Crystals, online or in person. Third-party events at which Tranquillity Crystals is speaking or offering master classes will have their own policies.I can't attend and want a refund.
Please let us know through our contact form. The amount of your refund depends on how much notice you give.
- At least 30 days before the start of the event: 100% refund credited to the card used to make the registration
- Less than 30 but at least 14 days: 75% refund
- Less than 14 days: 50% refund
- On or after the start date: Sorry, no refund
I want to attend the same workshop on a different date.
No problem. If there's still space available in the workshop you want to transfer to, we'll move you there. If no space is available, we'll refund your registration as described above.
I want a colleague to attend the workshop in my place.
Please let us know through our contact form. For most workshops, it's best to make this change at least two weeks before the event so the new participant has a chance to do any necessary pre-work.
The latest we can transfer your registration to a colleague is one day before the beginning of the workshop. Please give us both your name and email address and the name and email address of your replacement.
I registered but didn't attend.
Sorry, no refunds are available if you didn't cancel in advance. All sessions are recorded and the recordings are available for a year, so you can see what you missed.
If the course isn't useful for you, please let Tranquility Crystals know as soon as you begin to have doubts. We're happy to discuss a refund if you communicate with us as soon as you decide the course isn't a good fit. For multi-session or hands-on courses, we don't provide refunds after the second session if you've chosen not to do the work of the course. This means you need to explain why it wasn't possible for you to do any of the work and thus benefit from the course, before we will issue a refund.
Refunds will only be made to the credit card that originally paid for the course. Refunds aren't available after 120 days from the date the registration was purchased.Other cancellations and schedule changes
It's unlikely to happen, but we reserve the right to cancel or reschedule an event due to low enrolment, presenter illness, or other circumstances. If the event is cancelled, participants will receive a full refund of their registration fee. If the event is rescheduled, participants will have the option of attending the rescheduled event or receiving a full refund.
If we cancel or reschedule a workshop or other event, we won't refund your travel, lodging, or meal expenses. We suggest you make refundable travel arrangements.
