Close your eyes, spray around you and into your space. Now take three slow deep breaths.

Stand barefoot on the ground, feet hip width apart and spray the Calm Mist around you and into your space. Take three slow deep breaths.
For the next 6 breaths on the inhale imagine the air that you breathe in is golden in light as it flows into your nostrils, throat, lungs and stomach as you breathe it in.
On the exhale use your voice and sigh out allowing your body and voice to express yourself freely.
After your six breaths shake your hands, shoulders, arms and legs and imagine you are throwing off all your anxiety and fear into a golden fire beneath you.
Once you’ve done reconnect to your centre.
