This nourishing two hour energy healing session, will bring in insights, understanding and a way to move forward.

What

This is a two hour in person or distant (over the phone/zoom) energy healing session. We will discuss your history and your priorities. Muscle test and energetically look at your blocks, emotions and beliefs around your priorities and then perform energy healing, ending with sharing of a technique or practice to help you form a deeper connection to your highest frequency.

Our in-person sessions involve light touch with clothes on, on areas such as the head, neck, stomach, legs and feet. You will lay on a massage table with blankets. You may sense and experience the flow of energies with feelings of warmth, coolness, tingling and relaxation. It is normal for you to fall asleep or simply drift in and out of sleep, allowing energy frequencies to flow and balancing at a deeper level of consciousness. It is advisable to wear loose, comfortable clothing so that you can fully relax. A distance empowerment session requires you to be in a comfortable relaxing space and is conducted via zoom or phone.

    During your appointment

    • Discuss your history and priorities.

    • Perform energy healing. (see areas of practices for a list of modalities that can be used during your session)

    • Grounding your energy and centering you.

    • Healing evaluation and assigning an practice or technique.

    After Care

    • You will be sent a follow up email/text a few days after your appointment to see how you are integrating the energy session.
